The two founders of Paneless—Matt and Chris —have known each other since they were toddlers. Growing up as best friends playing sports, studying and adventuring together, they decided to create a window cleaning business while studying at university.
Prior to the advent of cellphones and the luxury of internet marketing, when going door to door was the best means of advertising their services, Matt and Chris strapped ladders to a Volvo station wagon and developed a reputation for being committed to their trade.
25 years on, through hard work and a commitment to mastering their trade, Paneless Property Services has become one of Central Alberta’s best known, largest and most respected exterior property service companies. Paneless guarantees all its work, offering industry leading expertise, advice and guidance while also providing amazing employment for its many committed and cherished employees.
Through internal and external training programs; regular competency tests & skill building clinics; first aid training; emergency preparedness and team building events Paneless is constantly looking to improve its skills, knowledge and services while investing in its most valuable asset – the team!
Matt and Chris continue to feed their passion for the industry and personal growth by being active members of a North American business mentorship group – sharing knowledge, insight, business learnings and professional teachings amongst fellow entrepreneurs, as well as being 15 year active members of the Canadian Condo Institute (CCI) and, recently, Gold Sponsors of the CCI (Northern Alberta Chapter) since 2022.
Paneless has been a strong supporter of local community initiatives and environmental conservation efforts over the years. Since 2009, Paneless has been planting 500 trees a year on a nature reserve in South America while also supporting local charities within the greater Edmonton community.
Matt and Chris believe in protecting the planet and giving back where we can while ensuring our employees make above industry wages and feel treated like family.

Bryan has been a star employee of Paneless’ since he joined our team in 2019.
As our HSR, Bryan acts as a liaison between our employees and management ensuring any health or safety issues are addressed effectively, objectively and resolved in a fair and transparent manner.
We execute each task safely and manage all risks effectively by creating an engaging safety culture which empowers each employee to be accountable for their own safety.
